Transferring contacts from Sony Ericsson to Nokia

Steps:

1. From Sony Ericsson phone use "send-all contacts" to push all contacts to Windows PC over Bluetooth. These contacts will stored as individual .contact file in Windows (I used Windows Vista)
2. Use Nokia Ovi Suite to synchronize your new Nokia phone to Windows contacts. This can be done from Tools->Options->Contacts->Sync with contacts application.

That's it, Ovi Suite will do all rest of work for you.

Tip: Always take back-up of your Nokia phone.
