Keyring is a password manager in Ubuntu. To use passwords stored in Keyring, Keyring needs to be un-locked by means of entering password. Keyring does not get unlocked when "automatic log-in" option is selected. So, there is one way out....of-course it's not recommended if machine stores some confidencial information.
Here is an method to unlock the keyring automatically:

Password manager will be opened:

Enter old password, leave new password fields blank and click ok.

Os will show warning about choosing blank password, click on Use Unsafe Storage:

That's it...the keyring will not ask for password after every boot.
