Applications installed from Nokia Ovi Store do not leave installable files on phone for re-installation or re-use.
As usual an alternative is present but it's very crud!
Follow these simple steps to get an installable!
1. Open Nokia Ovi Store application
2. Select required application and click on Download
3. After download completes, Ovi Store application will start installing the application
4. Press "Red" button of your phone to terminate Ovi application after download completes
5. This will leave the application installable in the memory card at folder: "Installed files"
6. Search for application name and with extension as sis.dm
Using this file application can be installed later or in the phone memory but on the same phone. As it's a protected file this file can not be simply transferred through Bluetooth or through message.
