Reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTCWnaU6r1g

This video informs about adding a new registry entry in Windows 10. This entry immediately does not remove the read-only protection to the drive, but needs following steps:

1. Before enabling or changing the entry take backup of USB disk.
2. Add the entry in the registry as per video
3. Change value of registry key to 1 (video shows it to zero)
3. Safely remove the USB disk.
4. Insert the USB disk again.
5. Change value of registry key to 0
6. Safely remove the USB disk.
7. Insert the USB disk again.

This time it would enable to modify content, but many a times, the data in the USB disk is corrupted.
So, format the disk and then restore the backup.
