This model of Universal Remote Control is a learning device.

This post is just to inform, the way learning can be started or erased:

Steps for programming:
1. Keep pressing SET button for more than 3 seconds
2. Once RED led is lit, press OK button (the center button surrounded by up,down,left and right keys
3. Enter 9 8 8
4. Press mode button i.e. TV, VCR, under which functionality is to be learned
5. Press button to be learned
6. Press actual button from Original remote whose functionality is to be learned
7. Once signal is received, RED led will blink to indicate learning.

(Remember for whole process, RED led is either lit or blinking)


Steps for erasing:
1. Keep pressing SET button for more than 3 seconds
2. Once RED led is lit, press OK button (the center button surrounded by up,down,left and right keys
3. Enter 9 0 4
4. Press mode button i.e. TV, VCR, under which functionality is to be erased
5. Press button to be erased
